The attraction of Japanese culture

Easy to accept cross-culture, creativity, and the ability of way of thinking

One of the big advantages of studying abroad is cross-cultural experiences. By touching a culture different from the area where you grew up, you can grow as a human, can improve creativity and idea.

Japan has absorbed the maritime culture of Southeast Asia, the hunting culture of the north, and the continental culture, has improved it to Japanese style and has developed them to modern times. It is a culture that the thought of warm innovation learnt from the predecessor, knowing the newness, and the spirit of the pre-eminence are interconnected.  Since modern times, we accepted plenty of Western culture and translated into many phases in the culture in in Japan.  This made us possible for many to adapt Western knowledge, and Japan has been developed as an industrialized country. Hence, we refined creativity and ability of idea, and Japan produced many inventions; such as , electric rice cooker, electronic calculator, video tape recorder, walkman for industrial products; Karaoke for entertainment etc.; instant noodles in food industry; these are well known internationally as Japanese inventions.

Japanese who value refinement and public order

We market refining suit to us/ourselves. For example, “Tonkatsu sauce” invented by the Japanese people is inspired by Nampula in Southeast Asia. After the Nampula was adopted in the UK to Worcester sauce, then, from the UK to Japan, we removed the fishery ingredients out of it and made it much mild taste for us in Japan. I this way, we make it suit to us or our needs. There is aesthetic sense of refining things in Japan. Rather than adopting overseas culture itself as it is, As you see, British inventions (Worcestershire sauce) and Japanese invention (Tonkatsu sauce) were born from a cross-cultural experience. Such sophistication requires a peaceful and orderly society while. In an unstable society, sophistication can not be achieved.  Japanese have built a stable society by keeping the public order and protecting it through obligations in communities and groups, personality in consideration of personal circumstances is not necessarily consistent with that rule. Also, it could be said that the high public consciousness of the Japanese was formed by citizen/public consciousness that wishes to maintain public order without relying on laws and regulations.
